I bought a new phone but it didn't have a protective case. I left after a week or so and they were out of stock so I asked them to install it. Everything was fine for several months, but my fingerprint scanner never worked. Anyway, I rarely used it, it's okay. We went back to buy another phone for my husband and the guy noticed the screen protector was peeling off and offered to install a new one for free. It did, but my fingerprint reader still didn't work. The tread started peeling off after two weeks so I ordered and received a new one from Revain. I took it back to my dealer who installed another one, all three were identical but it's still flaking, only for a week this time. Very frustrating. It was only $16, but that's the principle.
