I liked that it was easy to navigate, and there were many options available with courses already made which saved us time because we didn't have to create our own course! It's also great that you can choose your preferred option of content delivery method (online learning vs classroom). I would prefer more customization in terms of choosing what type/level of safety skills are required by each employee at my facility; maybe they could provide this as an optional feature? Have them do some kind of risk assessment so you know who is most likely going through a process like OSHA regulations before determining if those rules must be put into place. We needed help understanding the requirements after recently being audited. This site allowed me to quickly get information about all areas where violations occurred during the audit but without having to understand everything myself - just enough to figure out how to fix issues. I like that my staff can access safety skills courses from anywhere, at any time! It is great how easy it was set up compared with other systems we've used in the past. The cost of initial setup makes this system somewhat expensive when you have many people who need multiple trainings each month. We are using it primarily as an employee onboarding tool so there isn't much interaction between our team members yet but I'm sure they will be able to use it once more advanced features become available.
