Second set. The bike's color scheme was changed, so the spikes had to be replaced. You can only tighten it by hand because there is no nut mold at the bottom and the nut sits inside the rubber boot in the middle, deforming the boot when pulled. The boot can be trimmed in very tight places. Has worked great for windshields and license plates for years. I got a lot of compliments for being such a little gem. It's worth it for the style.
