Great Applicant Tracking System for Recruiting Firms

The ability to create custom fields, track progress of candidates through various stages in their hiring process from resume submission alllll way until onboarding! I truly believe this system is going places because it has been so well received by our client base with no issues at all. Nothing that we've encountered. We were able to easily integrate them into LinkedIn which was very helpful when applicants reached out via social media platforms like Instagram & Twitter. It's definitely not perfect but nothing about Staffwerks ever seems 100% good or flawless especially since there are always updates being made - sometimes behind closed doors without community feedback/feedback mechanisms set-up within each update version. This can be frustrating if you have questions regarding an issue you're having. Take your time evaluating options before making any final decisions. You will find value in using Staffwerksto help manage applicant tracking and candidate engagement. As a recruiter, I appreciate that we can communicate with our candidates via the platform. The ability to track leads is great! There are some minor glitches in the UI but they're working on it. We haven't found anything yet that we dislike about their service. Give them a try - you won't be disappointed. They've helped us streamline our hiring process by allowing us to track leads and communicate with candidates from one spot.
