Hi Grace. Now I know you work for Desirable Things - a little strange name, isn't it? - and you sold me my shower door scraper. I didn't understand that before. I hope it's a satisfying job and well paid too. You'll be happy to hear that your (now mine) scraper is working really well. In fact, it's actually more efficient and productive than the OXO scraper it replaces. I never thought to see it; To be honest I love OXO products. But yours is almost perfect. As you know, your eraser pen feels a lot better than your competitor's pens. And because it's easier to hold, I can provide just as much leverage as needed and the little effort required to get that nifty squeegee blade and glass seal. My Kohler shower doors are really transparent now after showering and have given me a whole new perspective of what's happening across the street from my house. You don't think my neighbors have an extra view, do you? I would assume you included some sort of hook to hang my Wishful Things mop on my shower pipe; A 3/4 inch hook will do. (OXO has it). But if I got everything I wanted, I wouldn't want anything - and what would that leave for you and your business? Ha ha. I'll leave that to you and the CEO to sort that out.
