AT&T UVERSE USERS READ THIS! Wireless Access Point (WAP) problem solved!

Good for anyone who is an AT&T Uverse subscriber please read this! I need to hook up the Uverse wireless receivers upstairs in my apartment. The Uverse Wireless Access Point, or more commonly referred to as a WAP, must be connected directly to the AT&T modem's Ethernet port. I had to move the WAP up for the Uverse wireless receivers because the wireless receivers ALWAYS lose signal. FYI: AT&T receivers only use the WAP signal and have NOTHING to do with WiFi performance at the receiver's location. Well, I took a chance and bought a Trendnet TPL-430AP in hopes of bringing the WAP up and connecting the WAP to the Trendnet TPL-430AP access point's Ethernet port. (Note: I've tried this before by moving the WAP up and connecting to the AT&T wireless extender's ethernet port. NOT WORKING.) THIS WORKS GREAT. I have FULL signal on both of my Uverse wireless receivers. AFTER ALL! I've been researching for a year trying to figure it out. In short, I bought this item to use the powerline function. It did the job I needed it for! Installation was EASY! I cloned my WiFi SSID using my AT&T router (BGW-210) and my WiFi signal is fine too. I hope this helps someone with the same problem and doesn't need to do as much research as I did to fix this AT&T Uverse wireless receiver issue.
