UPDATE Bad customer service and missing parts! It was fantastic! Works like a charm and is easy to use
UPDATE. I accidentally broke the dipstick (my fault, not theirs) and couldn't find a replacement. I contacted their support team and they instructed me to buy a brand new device! I replied that I ONLY needed the role but they never answered me. I changed my rating from 5 stars to 1 star because it doesn't benefit me as I'm broken and IMPOSSIBLE to fix. I had to buy a new thermometer from a DIFFERENT manufacturer! ---------- Exceeded all my expectations. My previous thermometer was complete crap but this solves all the problems I had. I like the software and the ability to control it from my phone, as well as the small size, magnetic back and space to keep the probe neat. The price didn't hurt either. I can't recommend it highly enough.
