I'm 78 years old and although I'm tech savvy I haven't kept up with smartphones and the like for a long time. I was amazed when I found out that my smartphone needs a 200-page manual to use it properly. They also proved unsuccessful right after purchase (also a Samsung product - Galaxy 5). a piece of paper describing the functions of the buttons and how to charge the watch. That's all! There's nothing in the box that even shows how to turn it on! I figured it out but I don't know how to turn it I'll buy the manual, use the tech support that comes with the package I bought with the watch. The tech industry seems to want us to be completely dependent on them. Something that works out of the box, apparently history. Stars when I get used to them. But out of the box it's a failure, especially for non-technical folks. Why can't they please a non-technical person and make it as clear as possible? Why?
