The system has been easy for all of our staff members with inhouse training! We have no complaints at this time about any aspects or features within their product line up. As far as ease/speed /reliability we cannot say enough good things it's by FAR better than anything else out there. I highly recommend purchasing some formated checklists from them they are very helpful!! They saved us so much money when implementing an IT upgrade because these systems work perfectly together. I like that you can create as many different budgets as you need. You can see at a glance what you are spending and where your money is going. It is not that intuitive to use, but it is a learning process. The software is not easy to use and it takes a lot of time and effort to get the basics down. If you have a very small property, it is not worth the headache. It is really only good for small properties. We use it to track our finances and see what is going on at a glance.
