The ease of use for our sales team by providing access to important customer data in real-time. Also, their support is always available and quick to respond when issues arise. Nothing that I dislike right now. If you are looking for an easy way for your sales team to access data in real time, this is the software for you. We have been able to create a more efficient process and provide better customer service since implementing Altiar. I like that it is easy for my customers who are not tech savvy at all because of their age or disability issues using this site so easily without any problems! They have been able help me in many ways when needed by answering questions about how things work as well getting technical support from other staff members if necessary even after hours!! Nothing really but we do get along very good together which makes working easier too.
