I was a fan of this whey protein powder. I always mix it with just cold water to eliminate unnecessary calories and it tastes very smooth and chocolaty. My only complaint about the taste would be that it was very sweet to me. I don't usually have a sweet tooth and only eat chocolate on special occasions and it never tastes THAT sweet. powder with other brands and it worked for me. Another complaint was that there was a lot of wasted space in the tub. This container can easily be half the size. However, this is a common problem with most protein powders. I didn't get all the appetite suppressant benefits from it either, but that might be a personal issue. Besides, he did his job!
