I like this scale but the body fat function is a bit poor
weight matters. However, my body fat seems to fluctuate wildly throughout the day. Some days 19%, other days 23%. I'm not sure how accurate that is, but I mean I'm pretty low fat? In addition, the scaling is great. I love that I can see when I've gained a few grams so I can get back on track before I've gained a pound or two.
