I am 5 inches tall and 6 to 145 lbs. I usually wear medium in tops and 6/8 in pants. I got the size too big and it fits great! Wasn't too wide and hugged spots well. Maybe I could have bought M - but didn't want it to be too tight as it's a bodysuit. It was very comfortable to wear - material is soft, a bit stretchy. Bought it again in black !I recommend !
