When I bought it I noticed that there was a chip in the paint but was willing to overlook it since I could face it another way so it would be less visible. Additionally, the battery case for the string lights that came with the wall grid was cracked and broken (like some other reviews mention). My wall grid didn't come bent or anything but in the end the color was not what I wanted. In the photos advertised it may appear light gold in some lighting but in reality it is a bit more dull and dark. I contacted their customer support and they offered a $5 refund if I wanted to keep it but I returned it instead. Overall, I would say if you decide to purchase this to examine your product carefully for any defects, and if you order gold just note that it's not the light shiny gold like other wall grids.
