I bought 2 at the same time. I just installed them. 40" and 65" Roku TVs. The installer had no problems with the installation, he had to build something, but not because of the fastening. My cleats weren't 16" or 18" apart, more like 14". My installer got it working and even hung himself from one side to prove to me everything was fine (laughs). The Antenna is only USB powered which is what I wanted and I was able to receive 16 channels very clearly.I like the built in antenna, fewer cables to hide and nothing else on the wall.The shutter is heavy, high quality, all neatly packaged. I can't discuss the instructions as my installer didn't have to read them and they installed in about 15 minutes I highly recommend purchasing this 2 in 1
