I really despise this phone - the hardware is very good but the software has so many flaws I don't even know where to start. This is an absolutely horrible phone, death awaits in the wings! Designers should be at least 20 years old because any adult using a phone in the real world will never want a phone that is so distracting and so difficult to use. The worst feature of this whole phone is the phone app itself. For example, I almost fell over because I had an incoming call, but nowhere on the phone could I see anything that said a reply, while my previous iPhone had a nice one , clear incoming message with a big button labeled "Reply" was displayed. For a variety of reasons, when you receive a call, you may see a small icon in the upper-left corner that allows you to return to the call. It's hard to hit, especially if you have adult-sized hands and especially if you're driving at the time. They fill it with lots of features, but don't make the most common items the simplest. Then they add a bunch of automatic features but I can't tell you how many times I typed something and it put in a wrong word and I had to delete it but it was typed. Then there's Bluetooth - for some reason it doesn't work well with my device and I often answer a call only to find that no one can hear each other until I unplug it from Bluetooth. There are times when it connects to the car bluetooth but I do something like voicemail play on voicemail not playing through the car even though they should be connected.
