Reference: I am 5ft-0in and 205lbs. I carry all my weight in my stomach because I had Cushing's Syndrome last year so my middle stomach is 45 feet long and apple shaped. hips 47 inches. I usually always wear XL and have a chest measurement of 38 DD. I increased the size for this purchase and ordered XXL. Size XXL fits exactly as expected, it's a slim fitting shirt so this definitely fits like I intended. It is elastic and thus leaves room for bending. A great basic piece that I can wear with all skirts and high-waisted pieces. Great purchase and I plan to get more colors!
