Cheap plastic wheels with no tread. How is that safe!?!?
Cheap. The wheels are smooth plastic with no tread whatsoever. The screw that was in the handle part was stuck so fest that we were contemplating cutting it off. Finally we ground a slit in it so we could use. Screwdriver to get it off. I am really disappointed in the quality. The best on ebay sure doesn't mean much!
