Review on 📏 Champion Sports Open Reel Measure Tape: Track and Field, Long Jump - Durable with Feet and Meters - Multiple Lengths by Michael Murphy

The chrome steel ring at the end of the tape broke off the fiberglass tape during normal use to measure my property. I didn't pull hard. The strap was obviously manufactured incorrectly, with less than 1/8 inch fiberglass on the end loop holding the chrome steel ring. Instead of sending it back I used Gorilla Glue to fix the tape adding 1/8th. 2" x 8" nylon strap (see photo) to properly support the chrome steel ring. UPDATE: After attaching the tape, it ran fine for many more measurements, with a few gusts of wind tugging the tape badly. other comments, I'm careful not to hit the delicate handle.
