UPDATE: Particular Paws sent me a second bottle but unfortunately it looks like Revain's logistics center made a mistake again as the second bottle still has a screw cap and didn't have an atomizer. The nozzle must be found. Since the second package somehow confirms that the missing nozzle incident was beyond the company's control, I feel a little guilty for being easily frustrated with the situation, especially when it comes to small businesses.
