The ease of use and ability for it to be customized as needed. It's very customizable and not too difficult to implement once you understand its capabilities. I dislike how many different options there are when adding new fields or changing existing ones. There should be fewer choices available but instead, they have added so much customization that sometimes it makes finding what we need tricky at times. If you can get over this hurdle then everything else works well! We're using it primarily for our financial information which helps us keep track of our business finances in one place.
