The ability to do it all in one place without having to switch between applications is great! The reporting can take some time to develop and format. It takes a while to get used to how things work but once you figure out how to do things, they're easy to use. I love that we have a system for everything from creating contracts to payroll. The platform helped us easily manage my client's documents in one place instead of having many different folders for each document type I needed them all under this program which was easy as that! The ease of use for drafting new contracts as well as managing existing ones that have been created previously in another platform. It's not easy to search previous versions so it takes longer than other platforms I've used which make you able to go back easily if something isn't working or there was an error made during creation/updating etc - this also helps ensure all parties involved understand what they were creating prior to signing off.
