The dumpling molds are perfect for making dumplings (Eastern European dumplings). You can see from the photo that they look great before cooking, but what's even more impressive is that they don't fall apart when cooked. This is often a problem for me when making them by hand. This was a great purchase because I needed to make a large batch of dumplings for Thanksgiving. The roller didn't suit me - it was a little deformed and didn't produce perfect circles even after working. Also, I would have to roll out the dough into a perfect rectangle with the right dimensions to use it. Instead, I used a cookie cutter.
