Review on Clark Analytical Precision Laboratory Electronic Scales by Jason Vigil

This is an accurate and reliable scale. It arrived pre-calibrated, which I've confirmed myself using calibration weights and a fairly well-known precision scale that I also own. Measurements are consistent and stable, without the annoying "hovering" between readings in tenths of a gram that many other scales have. I use this in my cosmetic formulation lab and appreciate being able to weigh both larger and smaller quantities without having to switch to a smaller scale for smaller quantities. I also really appreciate that it does NOT have the annoying auto shut off feature that has interfered with my cooking process with other scales. After a while, the backlight will turn off, but the scale will remain on and maintain its readings. I also appreciate the leveling feature of this scale. It should be noted that while this scale is very portable, it is slightly heavier than other scales I have owned. Also of note is that I am reviewing this in exchange for a $3 loan from Revain. This doesn't affect my rating of the quality of the scale, although I probably wouldn't review it unless I was emailed asking to review it, as I don't review much lately.
