I love this backpack. The interior is much roomier than I expected, and the top opening...well, that's a game changer for backpacks. Loading and unloading items from the main compartment is very easy. The external flap/zip pocket also holds a decent amount of items. I use it for work and don't carry my purse with me so the outside pocket can hold my wallet, small cosmetic bags and keys. I could probably fit a few more small items in without stuffing them. What I carry inside varies, but the laptop stays neatly stowed in the side pocket and there's still plenty of room inside. I'll probably only use the charging feature when I'm on the go, but it's nice to have the option. The material feels durable and is comfortable to wear.
