Really nice backpack but the material is very scratchy and uncomfortable to wear on the shoulder. I wear a lot of sleeveless blouses, so that's a problem for me. The front of mine also arrived all crumpled and folded making it look tasteless. I'm disappointed because I like the style.

I almost didn't buy it because the comment said their 15.5 laptop doesn't fit my 15.6, fits perfectly with some space. It doesn't sit upright with just my laptop in it, but maybe the weight will even out with my lunch and all the other stuff I put in. Overall I'm happy so far, especially for the price.

The picture shows the finish is rose gold which is what I wanted as my notebook is rose gold. In addition, the front flap looks more contrasting in the photo. In real life the rim is brown and the flap has no contrast other than the triangles, it's just black like the rest of the pack. Looking for something more stylish/professional.

I bought this bag for a business trip and used it as hand luggage. I loaded it with a laptop, an iPad, a briefcase, snacks, a book, a jacket, chargers, a portable battery plugged into a port, headphones, gum, sunglasses and a wallet. I could probably put water on the side too. It's very cute and it was easy for me to access my items. The bag is not flimsy, keeps its shape.

I love this backpack. The interior is much roomier than I expected, and the top opening...well, that's a game changer for backpacks. Loading and unloading items from the main compartment is very easy. The external flap/zip pocket also holds a decent amount of items.
