I bought this backpack for a recent flight and it was just perfect. There are pockets for everything you need when traveling. I was able to bring my 13" laptop and accessories (including power cord, mouse and bluetooth headphone case), my 10" tablet and accessories (charger and bluetooth keyboard) and an extra power bank to use the attached USB cable. a briefcase, my wallet, three bags of personal items like medication and spare masks, hand sanitizer and hand lotion, my glasses in a case, a notepad, some snacks and a bottle of water, and there was still room in the bag for a sweater. The straps are comfortable, although I mostly carried them by the handle or used the luggage strap to attach to my carry-on. And the large opening at the top made it very easy to access things while on the plane. I am so happy with this purchase. I'm not particularly picky about my bags and haven't had them that long so can't speak to durability, but they seem pretty well made compared to some I've returned because they were too flimsy.
