Actually for our pet, the design is a little clumsy
Pros: This is a must have for our blind pet. Cons: requires constant repositioning. When moving, it rotates about 45 degrees. The big pole is too small, so we added a foam bumper to it. Finding the right bar height is difficult. โฌ109 is really overpriced. Update: Customer service was excellent. I sent pictures and they resolved the fit issues. Now it works better. They even called me twice to make sure I was ok. Very impressed with them.
