I first bought a large black (onyx) wooden wrist rest with a keyboard that I really like liked it. Incredibly well made, looks sleek, stays clean and attractive compared to gel or foam coasters. I liked it so much that I ditched my new gel mouse pad and wrist rest for a different black (onyx) wood mouse rest. It's just as well made and functional as the keyboard stand; However, the color is very different - it appears brown when placed next to the keyboard. It's not that obvious in the photo, but in real life it fitted so well that I pulled out my old rest and even wrote to the company to see if it's normal or if it's worth buying another one and hoping to get a new one. best color match. Unfortunately nobody answered, so I didn't order another one. It would be great to have matching keyboard and mouse stands. I've since ordered one of Glorious Gaming's gel/foam mousepads so I'm waiting for it to arrive. The disappointed GG wasn't more responsive - I'd still prefer the same wooden one. Perhaps the best option for color matching would be to order both together.
