Works like a charm. notes to be observed. There is a screw on the back of the large black clip to remove the door completely. They don't show you this in the YouTube video - install the part without inserting a window. Use the screws that go in the holes for the door to secure it (without reattaching the panel, of course) - screw the motor back onto the new tether housing, plus the back of the control panel, and lower the window onto the Floor. - Unscrew the part and insert the tabs into the bottom of the glass. Be careful! It looks like the plastic might break if you screw it back tight to the door. THIS PART WILL KEEP YOU FROM PROBLEMS! CHECK THE SMALL HOLES IN THE BOTTOM LEFT BRACKET AREA WHERE THE SCREW IS AND BOTH SCREW AREAS ON THE RIGHT BRACKET AND RIVET THEM! If you don't you will need to remove the screws to reattach the door and good luck trying to line up the holes in the piece. It looks like it's going to be a nightmare. - After you have riveted, remove the three screws (maybe the one you didn't rivet was there). - Assemble the door back and line up all the holes because you riveted. Just my two feelings. Total spent 1.5 hours.
