Easy To Use Product With Excellent User Support
I like that it is easy enough (for me, at least) to make changes in real time without having too much experience with programming or databases! It's pretty intuitive if someone has some general knowledge about computers but not necessarily coding/programming skills would be able learn how this software works easily as well since there are lots of tutorials available online which makes things easier overall! Also being an enterprise solution we're looking out long term solutions & have been searching far away from something 'easy' where our team doesn't understand most of everything involved right now when using other similar products such as Adobe Captivator etc., so was glad they had made their product accessible by providing user guides along side each tutorial videos provided within its support system itself rather then requiring any additional training required outside sources to become fully comfortable working here :).

- That it's a little hard to fully understand the process unless you read the user guides & tutorials provided by the system itself itself
