This is a great device especially if you have an older car that doesn't have USB ports and you need them for charging, cameras, music players etc. I have a dashboard camera. to it and leave it on all the time. Seems to use very little power, so there's no problem with battery draining if the car hasn't been moved for a while. I noticed that the atmosphere in the truck was cleaner when the windows were closed and the air conditioning was on.
