I have never used teeth whitening so I really didn't know what to expect. I'm glad I read this review and ordered this lamp. After 3 days of treatment I noticed a little difference, I feel my teeth look whiter and cleaner, I really hope my smile will be brighter and will try to update my review with photos in a few weeks. I found it easier to use before bed as you don't have to drink or eat anything for 1-2 hours after the treatment. The recommended time is 15-20 minutes depending on how white you want your teeth to be. Have already recommended it to a friend. And if you also want to make your smile brighter, I highly recommend it
