Defective product in my review.
A week after the 30-day return period expired, these vertical lines appeared on the monitor. Of course, this means that you have to go to the call center to solve the problem, i.e. you have to send the monitor back for assessment and repair or for replacement. This is not a solution for me when I have to leave home to fix a defective product. What is the benefit of using Revain?
