Review on Matsunaga Stone Hyper Sharpening Stone by Matt Chirila
One of the best stones from Matsunuga aka. King.
Sharpening with this stone is a pleasure. It's even better than 1000 King Deluxe or King KDS. Also cuts very quickly with knives with a hardness of over 60 HRC. It forms a pulp very quickly and is therefore ideal for sharpening Japanese knives. As this is a soft stone you must be careful not to scratch it and you may need to smooth it if using it on single bevel knives.
