I use two of these bins to take our household rubbish to municipal collection. Both cans have held up to the elements very well with no signs of wear or fading. The handles are very easy to grip and the devices on the bottom of the jug make it easier to empty. The lockable lids are easy to remove with one hand, but latch well enough to withstand winds in excess of 50mph and have managed to prevent wildlife from accessing the cans. The two canisters are big enough that we only need to empty them once a week for a family of 7 (two adults and 5 kids), but they're perfect for lugging in the back of a Chevy Tahoe (third row is tricky ). . .
