Reminds me of my printer. The cost of the machine is not that high, but the ink is very expensive. It's the same with this label printer. Its usage is not easy to understand and you waste a lot of labels. I do not recommend it to anyone, I will look for something better than this label printer.

Bought this labeler for my husband this summer. He's a chef and needed a kitchen label. When I received it the box was damaged (in a large Revain box so had to be damaged before shipping) and the power adapter was missing. When I tried to return the item they wouldn't let me in because it was electronic. I don't put 6 batteries in it so it lay in the box like a $50 waste. I unpacked it again to take photos. So disappointed.

It would be 4 or even 5 stars if I didn't have to literally cut each label after it was printed as all you can do is customize the right margin - I literally throw away 30% to 40% of the tape for each label! Obviously their money is being invested in tape sales - I'd love to see their margin and sales volume when it comes to tape versus label makers. I feel patronized and can just buy another product so I don't feel so taken advantage of. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I was pleasantly surprised when I started using this guy and understood everything he does. I originally bought a Dymo laptop and will leave this topic for my review but this is for my nephew. Brother is easy to use, intuitive and has an amazing recommendation book. Now it's a bit of a learning curve, if you keep track of what you want to do it makes sense. Great little label printer that's extremely easy to use. There are better label printers out there with color screens and other advanced features, but for me this is the perfect solution for doing everything I need without having to spend money on features I don't want to use.
