So these bags are not suitable for our kitchen waste. Maybe it's because we overrun it, heavier stuff hey. Every time we try to pull a bag of trash out of the bin, the top drawstring rips apart. BUT I still use them for our recyclables, as they are lightweight I have no problem using these packs. I also use them in our bathroom wastebasket as the materials that come with it are also lighter. So depending on how much weight you put on them will determine whether they work for you or not. I wish they were stronger so I can use them in our kitchen waste but I'll settle for the other two to help the environment.
