This type of support is really successful. I've tried a few and to be honest most of them don't do anything. This support is the FIRST thing that I truly believe is making me healthier. Remember to only wear 15-20 minutes a day for at least two weeks. Think back to your work on muscle memory. After about two weeks, you can wear them twice a day for 20 minutes. Try going into another 20-minute session every two weeks. Once you hit 5-6 sessions a day, you'll be surprised to see your upper neck muscles begin to pull your shoulders back and hold your neck in a more correct and healthy position. You must be patient with these sessions as it will take at least a month before you see a noticeable difference in upper back and neck posture. DO NOT wear a note for more than fifteen to twenty minutes. They press hard on the vessels in the armpits. Never exceed twenty minutes and I have stuck to fifteen minutes in all my sessions. I like to wear it when cycling and it's very easy to take it off. A note, the size is a bit small. I have to be on the small size of the big ones. too small for me Even the XL isn't that spacious for me.
