Doesn't work with all UV resins

My products don't fully cure even with minimal amounts, my UV protection doesn't fully cure (My video doesn't not load, but I've attached a screenshot from the video). Everything is flexible. I have used other pigments before and never had this problem. You get what you pay for. :(
