05/08/2021 Reviews Update It turned out to be a connector issue. Sometimes it worked if you wiggled the cable. I contacted the manufacturer through the Revain website. After a few notes and emails, Wolverine called me directly to send a replacement. And not returning a broken Alan from Wolverine was really great and sent out a new shredder within a week. Came new in full packaging. And it works fine. Thank you Wolverine for resolving the issue. ————— I purchased the 18 page/60 minute Wolverine with great confidence. However, the shredder stopped working almost immediately after I opened the box 30 days after purchase. Revain can't help me and I can't contact the Wolverine manufacturer/seller. It's been over 3 weeks now and it's very frustrating that all my work is being delayed. It got stuck for 2-3 pages and then it took me 30 minutes to delete/retry/delete it. This is a large and heavy shredder that can be turned upside down and clear of jams. To operate the shredder, you must move the power cord. Every 10 sec. This is a faulty shredder and I'm still unable to get product support.
