I bought this beech version (8219) to work in CAD programs and sometimes play dot-com. I must say right away that it is worth the money, it met all expectations! First impressions are: - Surprised by the presence of fast charging. In an hour and a half, if not completely, then almost completely charges the battery. - I can't fault the build quality. Very handy rear ledge behind the lid. In the open state, I can carry it with one hand in any position, despite its large weight, it will not fall out of my hands. The quality of the lid is top notch. - DELL software is intuitive. Now I’ll tell you about the advantages and disadvantages that I discovered during setup and operation. The first thing I noticed is that this is not a standard multimedia key setting. They are activated without pressing "Fn". To change the settings of the Fn key, you need to go into the BIOS and there is already a shaman. Processor undervolting. In my case, it turned out to reduce the voltage to -020220v, this is a plus) The downside is that after rebooting the beech, the Intel ETU settings crash and you have to manually activate the profile again. Software installation. On the support site, my beech was immediately determined what series, model and warranty period. The warranty is sewn in like on iPhones. You will immediately be offered missing or requiring software ates. The BIOS is completely in English, you won't be able to change the language. It is possible to disable processor cores, turbo boost and hyper trading. There is no way to change the voltage in the BIOS. If you want to connect a headset during the game, your device will not appear in the device connection list. It is treated by removing the REALTEK driver and installing standard drivers. In general, I recommend this laptop for purchase to anyone who wants a 17" beech with excellent performance, build, cooling and price!
