Simply bouncing a ball off the floor, wall or steps relaxes you, but you can also slam it down on your desk like a stress ball. Spaldeen is a beautiful classic that I always have in my bag. When I was at school I used to play handball with them or just throw them against walls to play tag. They also make a great sound. There is simply no other ball like these, not even a racquetball, and they make a GREAT racquet replacement too! And let's never forget the stick ball. My cat often steals one from me to run around the house. Easy to keep clean with soap and water or a Lysol wipe. A simple, fun article for all ages. I don't think I'll ever grow out of playing with him.
