A great monitor in many ways, but ghosting when scrolling through webpages, websites etc is just awful. I didn't expect that, especially at a retail price of $300! - For those experiencing scroll ghosting, you can get rid of it by using a "custom" setting and simply lowering the RGB percentages a bit, but you lose some of the clarity and sharpness of the native "standard" " setting OR you can choose a different preset, however nothing looks as good as what Dell calls "Default" setting which I think looks the best. which when scrolling fast changes the colors and blurring more than it should. I just don't think a $300 monitor should do that. I tested on both my Lenovo and Gamer machines with a decent graphics card and while it was better I could still see scroll ghosting! - Also, I have many other monitors that are fine, no ghost. - I also tried different cables as well as the type of cable to connect. Halo issue aside, decent panel and detail, and otherwise seems to be on par AND the stand that comes with this model is GREAT! - I wish all monitors had a stand as pretty as this Dell model. The stand itself weighs around 7 pounds I would say and is really sturdy! Personally I like the monitor in general but ghosting is unacceptable in my opinion for a monitor in this price range so I'm only giving this product 3 stars out of 5 a common family, it may help correct or mitigate ghosting even more.
