The software is very easy to use and can be integrated with other platforms when necessary for clients like Facebook/Instagram ads or Google AdWords. It's been great having someone dedicated at Fluency who has helped me navigate their product and get what I need accomplished quickly and efficiently. If you are looking for a team who is going above and beyond for their customers, this is the way to go. There have been times where I am unsure how to complete a task and reach out for assistance. Their support team ensures quick resolution and gets things done.
