Review on Schrader Valve Bicycle Outdoor Headwear by Joseph Scalea
One of the two that came with my purchase was leaking through the Schrader valve.
So I read in the review before buying that they are all made in the same factory and the only difference in brand and price is whether the item has been tested or not. I can't verify but I'm just saying that one leaked, asked for a replacement and received it promptly. Inserting a tube into a bicycle tire is not difficult. I would test or test the tube before installing, the fault is easy to spot.
