Good product for kitchen and dining room
The product is quite durable although I wouldn't put it in the dishwasher due to the risk of plastic cracking from the heat. Just hand wash it or spend the extra cash on a jar. It works well for separating fat as described. I also like the lid that works like a strainer to filter out particles and clumps as long as the liquid isn't too thick. The price is reasonable for the product.
