When I say a year and two months, I mean it. Protective coverings and eyewear have always been available. For the second month in a row, the home button has been scratched. There are now four of them; they materialize seemingly at random. I rely on charging as my primary means of energy provision between the hours of 10 a.m. and 8 p.m., and I am grateful that it charges so quickly. I made the mistake of purchasing a 360-degree case from AliExpress and quickly came to regret it when I noticed scratches appearing on my screen where none had existed before. The charging port should be shielded as carefully as your own eyes; I have no idea how these cables are inspected before release, but a month after I bought mine, I found two patches on them. The glasses survived the few drops they took, but the casing has some scratches and dings. Despite the huge financial loss, I am still pleased with the phone and cannot imagine upgrading to a more contemporary model. And a special "hello" to Samsung service centers, where the only thing they care about is getting you out the door as fast as possible and threatening to sue you if anything bad happens to your phone, regardless of model. Not even high-end companies like digma and prestige would treat customers that way just to maximize profits. When calling for clarification on the battery issue, I was told to put the device into safe mode and refrain from using it for a few days. This is most likely the State Services application running in the background using 70% of the system's resources in just three hours; yes, this is not some pathetic attempt at energy optimization. I appreciate it.
