My main zipper broke for the first time! Diving trip with my snorkel gear. As I was on my way to the ferry it wasn't fun to get my stuff at the jetty as I was in a hurry not to miss the ferry :-) Before that the bag itself worked fine - except that the inside zip for the waterproof bag didn't close 100% from the start - because of the pretension. - and some water got in. In any case, I returned the bag after the trip without any problems and got my money back. Conclusion: - Revain customer service 100% (as usual) - Product quality / usability 0% (zipper quality disappointing, rest of the bag worked fine)
