I tried really hard to make it work but it's unreliable and very bizarre. I have two HP HDMI monitors with an Elite Book HP 1050. 2 times out of 5 when you wake up the computer and 1 or both external monitors are not recognized. Sometimes disabling the USB connection and plugging it into a different port fixes it, but not always. The most annoying thing, which I haven't found a solution for, is the fact that the pointer is misaligned and doesn't change properly to indicate when you can stretch the window or cell. Using Excel on monitors connected to this dock is not possible, which is incredibly frustrating. I've done all the display driver updates and contacted tech support to no avail. I do not recommend going ahead.
